INTERNATIONAL SOS AND PRIME OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC JOINT VENTURE PARTNERSHIP

International SOS, the world’s leading medical and security risk services company, and Prime Occupational Medicine, leading provider of quality occupational health services, case management and clinics in Louisiana and the Gulf States, have today announced a joint venture partnership. The partnership will see the businesses work together to enhance occupational health solutions tailored to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry, in the Gulf States.
Dr Luke Lee, CEO of Prime Occupational Medicine, and the new joint venture, commented, “The partnership between the two organisations represents a unique combination of international capability and local expertise. As part of the partnership, Prime Occupational Medicine will manage Beacon Medic Systems, International SOS’ Offshore Gulf of Mexico Company. This will enable Prime Occupational Medicine to expand their footprint into offshore medical services and create a partnership whereby International SOS can support its Global Oil and Gas/Construction clients.

The organisations will focus on combining and leveraging the best aspects of all service offerings to deliver improved and enhanced outcomes for clients.
The joint venture partnership formally commences 1 January 2019.
